What is a Short stay or Hourly stay in Stayhopper?
Any stays from 4 hours up to 30 days is considered as short stay in Stayhopper. Be sure to select the ‘Short Stay’ option if you intend to stay in our partner hotels for the above duration.

In which all cities do Stayhopper provide their service?
Stayhopper provides hourly hotel stays or Monthly stays anywhere in the UAE.
What all documents are required at the time of check-in?
All you need is the booking confirmation from Stayhopper and a valid original ID proof.
What are the cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is detailed on the Terms & Conditions page, and we encourage customers to review it before booking. Please note that Stayhopper charges a minimum convenience fee at check-out, which is non-refundable under all circumstances.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the room rate for the chosen duration, applicable taxes and fees, and the Stayhopper convenience fee. Any special requests, such as meals or additional services, as well as the use of certain hotel amenities, are at the discretion of the respective hotel and may incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
Can I pay by cash at the hotel?
For bookings made on Stayhopper, the room amount and applicable taxes are collected at the time of booking. Only the Tourism Dirham fee can be paid directly at the hotel by the guest in cash or by card.
Is the rate applicable for 1 or 2 people?
The stay rates displayed are applicable for up to two adults per room, unless otherwise stated on the hotel booking page or in the terms.
